This is a weekly blog. Apparently.
Yes. Yes we do.
I felt obligated to make an actual meaningful post, but luckily I have a good excuse not to. So here are some silly links:
Anyone who has never had the pleasure to witness this masterpiece has never truly lived.
Leading athorities in the world of science have testified that this has been proven to cure all known diseases, including alcoholism and HIV.
Like an aged fine wine
Stare at this for more than five minutes. I dare you.
Goodnight.

English and stuff.
So, I've been meaning to update this again for awhile, but things have been coming up. The moral of this bastard child of an anecdote and an excuse is, don't expect regular updates.
I feel the need to devote an extra special post to English 102 (RANT WARNING). I have never taken a class before that has been quite so utterly lacking in challenge. Every day I ask myself why I bothered to show up.
In English 102, we have three assignments, all of which are the same thing. Not to say we have to repeat the same thing three times, oh god no. That would be a LOT more work. No, all three of our assignments are actually the same. We have a 3 page informal research paper, a 2 page formal research paper, and an 11 page formal research paper. Not only is it okday for them to be on the same topic, it's encouraged.
We do have tests, but don't worry, they don't force you to work any more than the few hours your paper takes. There are six of them, two for each concept. However, we only take our highest score for each concept, and we go over exactly how to do the quizzes before we take them and then retake them. These are essay quizzes, multiple choice quizzes, or even true or false quizzes. No, these are things like "summarize this paragraph." Not "summarize these paragraphs", no, that would be too easy. Just one.
I guess I'm not being fair. We do have other small assignments, that sometimes even require us to write a full, complete sentence on a piece of paper that we turn in. Shockingly difficult, I know.
In wildly different news, Charlotte apparently dreamed of me as a "sociopathic murderer." I am both honored and disturbed.
I think it is time for quasi-spontaneous excitement. Let's take the train down to Portland and visit some of the neat gardens. And go to Powell's. And the Art museum.
Or maybe just go to Uwajimaya and then watch a movie.
Finally, pants.

This just in! Livejournal is lame!
Well, I guess that's subject to debate. But since it makes me feel too 'emo', I've decided to make a blog to post my stupid musings in. You could probably argue that this is just livejournal in another shell, but I can plug my ears, close my eyes, and make loud noises until you go away. So eat that, jackass.
Today I talked my high school councilor into letting me do an online course. I felt very suave. This makes my spring quarter schedule as follows:
10:00-10:50: Intro to Logic with Harms
11:00-11:50: Developmental Psychology with Wolfe
And Web Design as an online course. And I get arts credit for it, which pretty much rules everything.
I'm down to just 2 hours of school per day. I love me.
I think that will do for today. Happy Singles Awareness Day.
